The Wyoming State examination is given in the Board office once all the application requirements are met (Refer to Chapter 2 Application Procedures, Section 2 of the Rules and Regulations). Please contact the Board office to schedule an appointment to sit for the examination.
Licensure requirements stated in these instructions are condensed from the rules and regulations. For more detailed information, please link to the rules and regulations on the tool bar to the left of this page.
General Application Information
-Fees: Application Fee- $500; Annual Renewal Fee- $100
-All fees are non-refundable and must be in the form of a cashier's check or money order.
-All documents submitted in support of the application must contain an original signature and be submitted directly to the Board from the respondent, not forwarded through the applicant.
-Your complete application and all required documentation must be received no later than fifteen (15) days prior to the scheduled examination. Do not assume you may sit for the examination until you receive written confirmation from the Board.
-An oral and law examination will be given at the examination site.
