Meeting Procedures:
All Board meeting are open to the public and held according to the Wyoming Administrative Procedures Act. Anyone wishing to bring a matter before the Board must submit the information in advance, and in writing, in order to be considered.
Notice of meetings is provided via e-mail to all current license holders (for whom we have a valid e-mail address on record) and to any party who requests notification. Anyone wishing to receive meeting notices may be added to the list of recipients by sending a written request to the Board staff.
The Board may, from time to time, conduct business via telephone conference call. Public access to conference calls is made available in the conference room of the Board office.
If you wish to attend a meeting and you require reasonable accommodation, please contact the Board staff. Communication impaired persons may also contact us via Wyoming Relay (TTY) at 1-800-877-9965.
