IMPORTANT CLARIFICATION OF THE REVISED CONTINUING EDUCATION REQUIREMENT
The Wyoming State Board of Veterinary Medicine (Board) voted during the September 4, 2012 conference call meeting to accept continuing education taken between July 24, 2012 and December 31, 2014, for the 2015 Veterinary Medicine renewal.
Previous correspondence provided that the education must be taken between January 1, 2013 and December 31, 2014.
Every two years each Licensee shall satisfactorily complete a minimum of twenty-four (24) credit hours of continuing education approved by the Board in subjects related to the practice of veterinary medicine. The continuing education must be reported on the form that will be provided by the Board, and submitted with the 2015 renewal application prior to or post-marked by December 31, 2014.
